To celebrate the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, the students of 2nd of Secondary Education have researched some of the most important women scientists in History, their fields of study, their main contributions, and the difficulties many of them faced along the way.
As a result, they elaborated some group presentations in the form of different puzzle pieces, showing that science should not be understood as a set of isolated pieces, but rather as interconnected pieces of knowledge.
The final puzzle is not complete, as women continue to make valuable contributions to the progress of humanity and, in the future, the girls who are currently part of our school will do so as well.
